| 摘 要： | 从汽车诞生时起,汽车变速器在汽车传动系中扮演着至关重要的角色.介绍了汽车用机械变速器使用过程中产生的异响故障,并对故障的原因及检修进行了介绍,详细分析了由于轴承的破损、齿轮磨损、齿轮轴向间隙调整不当等原因引起的异响,及对应的处理措施.

| Abstract: | The transmission plays an important role in the car’s rigging system from the day of car was invented. This paper describes the failure of abnormal sound of vehicular mechanical transmission in use and how to determine the causes and repair, detailing the causes of abnormal sound that are due to bearing and gear wear, improper adjustment of axial clearance, and the corresponding measures. |
