膜法脱硝结晶器的设计优化

摘    要:针对芒硝结晶的影响因素,讨论冷却结晶过程的关键点.分析了芒硝结晶过程的过饱和度与结晶温度的关系,通过控制母液循环量从而控制过饱和度,通过改进结晶内部结构,使其与过饱和液体充分混合,促进晶体成长,降低晶核数量,提高晶体生长速率,达到改善结晶质量的目的.

Abstract:Key points in the design for the process of freezing crystallization were discussed by analyzing influencing factors. The relationships between the degree of super-saturation in the process of sodium sulfate docahydrate crystallization temperature were analyzed. Method that through controlling circulation rate of mother liquid to control the super-saturation so as to avoid primary nucleation was studied. Internal structure of chiller-crystallizer was improved so that crystal nucleus could mix with super-saturation solution completely and finally achieve the purpose of promoting growth of crystal. Meanwhile fine crystal discharge device was added to increase crystal growth rate so as to reach the aim of improving crystalline quality.
