复摆颚式破碎机的仿真优化研究

摘    要:基于实验室用的小型复摆颚式破碎机整机的自顶向下设计(骨架),采用Pro/E软件,完成了工作机构的运动学仿真研究,并以曲柄长度和传动角为优化目标,进行了多目标优化研究,得到优化模型。

Abstract:Kinematics simulation and optimization of working mechanismthe was completed based on a top-down design (skeleton) of a labo- ratory-type compound pendulum jaw crusher and the Pro/E software. Multi-objective optimization was carried out with the optimization objectives of crank length and transmission angle, from which a optimized model was obtained.
