| 摘 要： | 按照新修订的《北京市节约用水办法》相关要求,通过分析北京市年用水量5万m3以上用水大户的用水情况,以及全市开展用水户水量在线监测的现状,提出用水大户监控体系建设的发展目标、总体布局、系统总体框架、主要建设任务等内容,以指导全市用水大户监控体系建设科学、合理、有序开展。

| Abstract: | In order to build a monitoring system for big water users in Beijing Municipality in a scientific, rational anti systematic： manner, its development target, general layout and framework and main tasks are worked out, on the basis of evaluation of water utilization of big water user who consumes 50 000 m3 of water or more and current situation of on- line monitoring of their water uses. |
