电梯曳引钢丝绳疲劳寿命研究

摘    要:介绍电梯曳引设计参数和钢丝绳性能、选型以及安装维护对钢丝绳疲劳寿命的影响。随着曳引轮直径减小、绳槽下切口增大、槽角减小、提升速度增加、安全系数降低以及钢丝绳在曳引轮上包角减小,钢丝绳的疲劳寿命都会降低;钢丝绳的硬度应与曳引轮的硬度相匹配;钢丝绳直径减小,其疲劳寿命也降低。结合曳引轮直径、绳槽类型、滑轮等效数量、运行速度和安全系数等电梯曳引设计参数及钢丝和钢丝绳直径、润滑条件等与对应的钢丝绳使用寿命统计分析,给出电梯曳引钢丝绳疲劳寿命近似估算Ken公式。提出了选择合适的曳引轮直径、改善钢丝绳用钢纯净度和定期润滑等提高电梯曳引钢丝绳寿命的措施。

Abstract:To introduce the effect of elevator traction design parameter and wire rope property, model selection and instal- lation and maintenance on wire rope fatigue life. With traction pulley diameter decrease, rope groove incision increase, groove angle decrease, lift speed increase, safe coefficient decrease and the cover angle of rope on traction pulley decrease, the fatigue life of wire rope decrease. The hardness of wire rope matches with hardness of traction pullry. Diameter of wire rope decreases, its fatigue life decreases. Combining with elevator traction design parameter such as traction pulley diame- ter, rope groove type, pulley equivalent number, running speed and safety coefficient and steel wire and wire rope diame- ter, lubrication condition and corresponding wire rope life analysis, the fatigue life approximate estimate Ken formula of ele- vator traction wire rope is given. The measures of increasing elevator traction wire rope fatigue life such as selecting proper traction pulley diameter, improving purity of steel for wire rope and periodic lubrication are put forth.
