| 摘 要： | 首先介绍了车木河水源保护区的基本情况和对水源保护区进行生态补偿的必要性,继而对水资源生态补偿的理论基础进行分析,提出了在车木河水源保护区内建立内部补偿、外部补偿和代际补偿相结合的生态补偿机制,对于解决车木河水源保护区经济发展和环境保护的矛盾是一次有益的尝试.

| Abstract: | First of all it introduced the basic situation of water conservation areas and the need for ecological compensation,and then made theoretical analysis on the water ecological compensation,water conservation district to establish internal compensation,external compensation and generation compensation ecological compensation mechanism for solving the problems of Chemu River water source protection areas for economic development and environmental protection contradiction,which is a useful experiment. |
