摘    要:采用化学处理,添加模型化合物等方法,分别研究了重油催化裂化汽油中的硫,氮,氧化合物及烯烃,二烯烃对诱导期的影响,结果表明,汽油中共轭二烯烃的含量虽少,却是影响诱导期的最重要组分,将其脱3除后诱导期将大幅度增长,单烯烃对诱导期的影响远小于共轭二烯烃,但由于其含量较多,因此也是影响诱导期的重要组分,汽油中存在显著量的苯酚及其衍生物,对延长诱导期有利,在精制过程中应予保留,汽油中的氮化物和硫化物对诱导期虽有不影响,但由于其含量不多,因此影响也不大。

Abstract:The effects of the mercaptan sulfur, nitrogen compounds, phenolic compounds and conjugated dienes on the induction period of RFCC gasoline were investigated by means of chemical treatment and addition of model compounds. Experimental results indicated that conjugated dienes in spite of its very small content in gasoline played the most important effect on the induction period of gasoline. After the conjugated dienes have been removed, the induction period of gasoline would highly increase. High amount of mono olefins is other important reason for gasoline oxidation although its effect is less than that of dienes. A certain amount of phenolic compounds in the RFCC gasoline can improve the induction period of gasoline. It is suggested that the phenolic compounds should be retained during the gasoline refining. Nitrogen compounds and sulfur compounds cause bad effects on the induction period of gasoline, but their effects are slight because of their less quantity in the gasoline.
