摘    要:采用有限元法,计算和分析了壁厚不均与椭圆套管在单向均匀和单向椭圆分布外挤力作用下的强度问题。计算结果表明,套管所能承受最大分布力与其壁厚不均度、椭圆度、分布力的类型和方向等因素有关。在允许的制造偏差范围内,壁厚不均度和椭圆度对套管最大分布力值的影响不太严重。在两种分布力中,单向均匀分布力比单向椭圆分布力危害更大。

Abstract:With finite element method, the collapse strength of casing with ovality and eccentricity under unidirectional uniform and ellipse distributive force was calculated and analyzed.The results of calculation show that the maximum value of distributive force the casing can resist depends on eccentricity, ovality, and the mode of distributive force as well as its direction.The effect of eccentricity and ovality within allowable error on maximum value of distributive force is not too severe.In two modes of distributive force the unidirectional uniform distributive force is far more dangerous than the unidirectional ellipse distributive force.
