当代文化传播的逆差与中国文化发展战略选择

经济全球化已经成为一个经济、政治、化相互交叉的错综复杂的过程,并造成了当代化传播的逆差。在当代化传播逆差中,西方化占据着主导地位,美国化占据着霸权地位,而中国化处于弱势地位。造成这些化传播逆差的原因在于西方国家市场发动的资本优势、高新科技的垄断优势和政府支持的战略优势。化传播逆差构成了独立国家的政权危机、化反弹的恐惧心理,也使华夏化倍受冲击。面对“化帝国主义”,我们在重塑本土化理性自尊的同时,也要适应全球化发展的需要。

The Deficit in Contemporary Cultural Transmission and the Strategic Selection of the Development of Chinese Culture

Economical globalization has become an intricate and complex course of the mingling of economics, politics and culture. Thus,it brings about the deficit in the contemporary cultural transmission,in which western culture takes a dominant place,American culture plays a hegemonic role while China has an inferior part. The reason for this phenomenon lies in that western countries make full use of their advantage in capital,high-tech and the support from the government. The deficit in cultural transmission results in the political crises and the fear of cultural rebound among the independent countries and hits Chinese culture tremendously. In the face of 'cultural emporium',we should adapt to the need of the development of globalization while reconstructing our self-respect in indigenous culture-persevere and identify.
