| 摘 要： | 简要介绍西门子840D数控系统轴同步功能在装配机器人中产品安全保护方面的应用。由于装配产品很特殊,具有很大的危险性,因此要求装配设备必须保证产品装配中的安全。为此,采用了多种安全保护措施,采用840D的轴同步功能就是措施之一,有效提高装配设备在异常情况下对产品的保护。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the Siemens 840D CNC system axis synchronization in special assembly equipment(assembly robots),the product safety protection applications.As the assembled product is special,with a great deal of risk,thus requiring assembly equipment must ensure the security of product assembly.To this end,we use a variety of security measures with 840D shaft synchronization is one of the measures to effectively improve the assembly equipment in exceptional circumstances,the protection of the product. |
