电炉含锌粉尘在微波场下脱锌的试验研究

摘    要:微波能是一种清洁型能源,可以对物料进行选择性体加热。利用电炉含锌粉中和煤粉吸收微波能力强的特点,试验研究了微波加热还原电炉含锌粉尘的脱锌效果。结果表明,在大气条件下,脱锌率可达到80%左右;脱锌率随着配煤最、煤粉粒度和微波功率的增加而提高。

Abstract:Microwave is a kind of clean energy and can heat the material selectively. By taking advantage of the charaetefistics of strong ability to absorb microwave of zinc-borne dust of EAF anti coal powder, experimental research was made of the effect of zinc removal from zinc-borne dust of EAF by microwave heating. The results show that, under the atmosphere condition, the zinc removal rate can reach about 80% and will increase with the increase of the coal ratio, the particle size of coal powder and the microwave power.
