摘    要:SIS(Supervisory Information System in plant level,厂级监控信息系统)是处于火力发电厂分散控制系统DCS以及相关辅助程控系统与全厂管理信息系统MIS之间的一套实时厂级监控信息系统,是数字化电厂的重要组成部分。以成都金堂发电厂2×600MW火电机组SIS系统的建设为例,详细描述了具体的SIS实施方案,并就应用模块和安全性方面进行了论述。

Abstract:Supervisory Information System (SIS)is of a set of real-time monitoring information system at plant level which is located between the distributed control system (DCS) with related assistant programmed control system in the thermal power plant and MIS, a management information system for the whole plant. SIS is an important part of a digitalized power plant. Taking an example of the construction of the 2×600MW thermal power unit's SIS, the paper describes in detail the implementation scheme of SIS and also discusses at the aspects of application modules and the security of the system.
