| Abstract: | Based on the personal experience inspecting and researching on city management of HKSAR government, the author summarizesfour characteristics of HK city management inmanagement concept, control institution andoperation skill. It also puts forward some en-lightenment enhancing the concept and abilityto manage and operate city for inland munici-pal governments through combining the com-mon situation and major problems in Chineseinl and cities with the circumstance in HK. |
