双Buck逆变电路电流断续模式研究

摘    要:
首先阐述了双Buck逆变电路的工作原理.在MOSFET开关管电流滞环控制型双Buck式电路连续模式基础上.分析了电感电流的双向性,研究了双Buck逆变电路断续模式的两种状态.最后给出了断续模式下两种状态的实验波形,进一步证明了理论分析的正确性.

Abstract:
The working principle of dual Buck inverter circuit is introduced.On the basis of the continuous mode of hysteretic-current-controlled dual Buck inverter with MOSFET switch,the bi-directional characteristic of inductor current is analyzed and two states of discontinuous mode are studied.Finally,the experimental waveforms of the two states under discontinuous mode are given to further prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
