摘    要:了解住宅围护结构与住宅能耗对住宅节能有重要意义.对湖北省城乡住宅进行了抽样调查,得到有关住宅围护结构与住宅能耗的部分结果并进行了简要分析.统计了体形系数、楼层数、窗墙比、窗框材料、住宅能耗及能耗结构,分析了城镇与农村的明显差别.根据《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》(JGJ134—2001)规定,指出目前住宅围护结构设计在建筑材料、窗户、农村住宅的体形系数等方面存在突出问题与差距,同时能耗结构有待改善.

Abstract:It is of great importance to understand the shielding structure and energy consumption in the residence for energy efficiency. After investigating samples of the urban and rural residences in Hubei region, some results about the shielding structure and energy consumption in the residence are obtained and analyzed. The mean shape coefficient of urban residence, the number of stories, the area ratio of window to wall, the material of window frame, the energy consumption in residence and energy structure are counted. The obvious differences between urban residence and rural residence are analyzed. According to the energy efficiency criterion of residence buildings in the region which is hot in summer and cold in winter, the problems in building material are pointed out. Windows and shape coefficient of rural residence are especially serious and the structure of energy consumption in residence is to be improved.
