| 摘 要： | 针对高职院校的就业指导工作仍然存在心理指导工作不够、全程化服务体系不健全等几大问题,提出了学校和就业指导老师从自身加强理论与实践培训做好就业指导工作的对策,以促进高职院校毕业生的就业心理准备和就业能力的提高。

| Abstract: | This paper, based on study of recently overall employment situation of higher vocational college graduates, expounds the importance and necessity of career guidance at college. Based on this understanding, the paper makes several suggestions on how to improve the effect of career guidance and help students to adapt to changes and difficulties in employment. |
