摘    要:在推导了转子表面安装永磁体无刷直流电动机的数学模型的基础上,介绍了一种以集成数字信号处理器ADMC331为核心全数字矢量控制无刷直流电动机直接驱动系统。着重分析了电流参考信号超前角,系统参数和驱动方式对无刷直流电动机系统动态性能的影响。

Abstract:The mathematical model of a brushless DC motor direct drive system with integral DSP motor controller ADMC 331 is deduced and a full digital vector control brushless DC motor direct drive system is introduced in this paper. The influence of the leading angle (lagging angle) of the current reference signal the parameters and drive mode of the system to the dynamic characteristics are analyzed. The results of simulation and experiment indicate that the deterioration of the dynamic characteristics of the system is caused by leading angle (lagging angle) of the current reference signal. With the magnetic field orient control, the brushless DC motor system can obtain a maximum output torque and the best dynamic characteristics. When the gain of the current ratio regulator and enlargement factor of power inverter are increased, dynamic characteristics of the system will become better, when the compound drive mode of sine wave plus triple and quintuple harmonics is used, the dynamic characteristics of the system can be improved.
