| 摘 要： | 结合发动机连杆的结构及清洗要求,运用高压喷淋清洗技术原理,在实验的基础上研制了一套结构合理、性能可靠的发动机连杆清洗机,在很大程度上提高了连杆的清洁度。为达到工业环保要求,选用碳氢清洗液,同时采用PLC技术实现装置的自动控制,减少了人工操作,降低了成本,提高了其经济效益。

| Abstract: | Combining with the structure of engine connecting rod and the cleaning requirements, and using high pressure cleaning spray technology principle, the paper develops a kind of engine connecting rod cleaning equipment with reasonable structure and reliable performance on the basis of experiment, which can greatly improve the cleanliness of engine conneeting rod. Using Hydrocarbon detergent, the equipment can meet the requirement of environmental protection. The automatic eontrol of the device is achieved by PLC, which improves the working efficiency and economic benefit. |
