摘    要:高黏度物料在双螺杆挤出机中的流动情况非常复杂,很难用解析法求解。利用AN-SYS软件包对双螺杆挤出机非啮合并列型螺纹元件进行了三维等温非牛顿流场分析,分析了速度场和压力场的分布情况,讨论了不同边界条件对整个流道的速度场、压力场及流量的影响。计算结果对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The flow of high viscosity material is very complex, so it is difficult to be solved by the method of analysis. Three - dimensional flow field analysis of non - meshing twin screw reactor is analysis by the soft of ANSYS and the rule of velocity and pressure are given. The effect of boundary conditions on velocity and pressure discussed. The results have certain instructional purpose on practice.
