摘    要:通过测定不同热处理条件下Cr12钢的断裂韧度KIC值和残余奥氏体量以及透射电镜观察发现,钢中的残余奥氏体在外加应力作用下会发生应变诱发马氏体相变。应变诱马氏体相变可以提高钢的断裂韧度KIC值,其效果随着残余奥氏体应变诱发马氏体相变的转变量的增加而增强。

Abstract:Fracture toughness KIC and amount of retained austenite of Crl2 steel under different heat treatment conditions were measured and its microstructure was studied by TEM. The esults showed that strain induced matensite transformation of re ained austenite ccured during ading,which increased fractu e t ughness KIC Cr12 steel, and its effect was improved with increasing amount of strain induced matensite transformation.
