圆筒型热态锻件尺寸的立体视觉测量方法研究

摘    要:针对目前我国多数大型锻件生产现场环境恶劣,锻件测量技术落后,多采用手工测量,测量误差较大的现状,分析了基于双CCD器件尺寸测量的原理,提出了一种运用图像处理技术、对极线校正技术的圆筒型热态锻件非接触测量方案,运用VC++,Matlab等工具编写测量系统软件,并对该测量方案进行了误差分析.实验结果表明:该方案价格低廉,操作简单,适应性广,测量结果能达到实际要求.
