螺纹铣削加工的编程应用

摘    要:传统的螺纹加工方法主要采用螺纹车刀车削螺纹或采用丝锥、板牙攻丝及套扣。随着数控技术的发展、软件的创新、控制精度的提高、三轴联动或多轴联动数控系统的产生及其在生产领域的广泛应用,相应的先进加工工艺——螺纹铣削逐渐得以实现,其加工精度、光洁度以及柔性是攻丝无法比拟的,另外其经济性在某种情况下也更优于传统工艺。

Abstract:The traditional method of thread machining adopts the threading tool to turning thread or adopts screw tap, threading die and hitch. With the development of the numerical control technology, the innovation of software, the raising of controlling precision, the produce and extensive application in production field of 3 axle unite to move or much axle unite to move numerical control system, corresponding ad- vanced processing technology--thread milling has been realized gradually. The tapping cannot be compared with the processes precision, smooth finish and flexible of this method. In addition, the economical efficiency of it is also better than traditional technology under certain condition.
