摘    要:针对某热电厂新建的150 t/h循环流化床锅炉,介绍了流化床锅炉冷态试验的内容及方法,通过测定布风板、料层及返料器阻力,确定了最小流化风量(风压)及返料风量(风压),同时对布风均匀性、分离器及返料器的工作状况进行了测试和分析,为锅炉的顺利点火及稳定运行提供了依据。

Abstract:According to a new 150t/h circulation fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant,the content and method of the experiment of CFB were introduced.The least fluidized air pressure and return air pressure were confirmed by testing the resistance of the air distributor,material bed,and recycle device.The equality of air distributor and the operation condition of separator and recycle device were tested and analyzed to improve the ignition and stable operation of the boiler.
