综放开采端面顶煤稳定性研究及其应用

摘    要:通过对顶煤损伤演化和破碎过程的分析 ,初步揭示了综放工作面端面顶煤的冒顶规律及其主要诱发因素。由此提出了控制综放工作面端面冒顶的主要技术措施 ,在现场应用后有效地控制了端面冒顶 ,实现了高产稳产 ,从而形成了综放工作面端面冒顶治理的系统关键技术。此项研究在兖州兴隆庄煤矿和宁夏白芨沟煤矿综放开采的顶板控制实践中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:After analyzing damage evolvement and breaking process of roof coal in fully-mechanized sub-level caving mining face,roof falling characteristic of face area and its main inducing factors are revealed tentatively.Based on above,main technology approach and measures of controlling roof falling of face area are advanced,with these measures,a satisfied effect of controlling roof falling has procured in practice,and a stability and high output in the sub-level caving face has been come true,consequently,a systemic key technology of controlling roof falling in sub-level caving face is formed.Finally,strata control practice of Xinglongzhuang colliery and Baijigou colliery is introduced in the paper.
