新型铝盖压痕烫金机的研发

为提高白酒包装的美观性和防伪性，生产企业需在铝盖顶部进行压痕并烫金。目前，国内采用先压痕、再烫金的二次工艺，压痕烫金效果不好、生产效率低、劳动强度大。针对国内行业的实际需求，论文介绍了一种新型的铝盖自动压痕烫金设备，重点介绍了设备的总体设计、工作原理和典型零部件的加工工艺。新型设备采用双工位设计，1个工位同时完成压痕与烫金两道工序，通过PLC与精密分割器，实现设备各工序的协调动作。

The Research and Development of New Aluminum Cover Impress Bronzing Machine

In order to improve the appearance and the anti -counterfeiting performance of liquor packa-ging,manufacturing enterprises need the indentation in the top of the aluminum cap and bronzing .At present, the two time first,then stamping process of indentation ,indentation bronzing effect is not good ,low production efficiency,high labor intensity .In view of the actual demand of the domestic industry ,this paper introduces a new aluminum cap automatic indentation stamping equipment ,process design ,equipment of the working princi-ple and typical parts are introduced .Double station design with new equipment , a position at the same time completed indentation and bronzing two processes , through PLC and precision slicer , realize the coordinated movement of each process equipment .
