| 摘 要： | 本文结合企业实施ERP(企业资源计划)的具体实践,阐述了如何利用ERP进行企业的管理创新.结合企业业务流程重组与组织机构重组设计了支持ERP的企业的工作流程和组织机构的模型,提出了面向市场竞争的企业战略联盟的总体框架,实现了企业间的信息集成与控制.

| Abstract: | The innovation of enterprise management using ERP is described base on the carrying out of ERP in enterprise. Base on regrouping of enterprise and regrouping of organizat-ion structure, a model which supports work flow and organization structure of enterprise is presented. A enterprise strategical union system structure face to market competition is proposed, which realizes the information integration and control. |
