摘    要:根据区域电网调度运行部门的要求,开发了一套多功能负荷预测系统。该系统不仅能预测未来24 h的电力曲线,而且还可以预测未来月度单日总电量及单日电力峰谷值,根据不同预测量的自身特点,提供了多种不同的预测方法。系统将规律性评价理论应用其中,实现了规律性评价与实际预测相结合,有助于对预测结果的合理性进行判断。文中对各种方法的预测结果进行了对比分析,指出了一些方法的优缺点及适用范围。该软件具有良好的人机界面,操作方便,为区域电网调度运行工作人员提供了一个强有力的支持。

Abstract:According to the practical need of the regional power dispatching,a multifunctional load forecasting system is developed,this system not only can forecast the tomorrow's 24 hours power curve,but also can forecast the monthly daily electric energy and daily maximal and minimal power.This system provides different methods according to the forecast characteristics.The load regularity evaluation theory was applied in this system that can help operators to consider the rationality of the forecasting results.In this paper the results of the different methods were analysised,and some disadvantages and apply range of some methods were pointed out.The software system has a good interface and runs conveniencely,and provides a strong support for the power dispatching operators.
