摘    要:板坯连铸实践表明,结晶器内钢水流动对铸坯质量和产品质量产生重大影响,控制结晶器内钢水流动已成为生产高质量产品和提高生产率的重要技术手段.综述了三类板坯连铸结晶器电磁控制流动(控流)技术的基本内容,对每类电磁控流技术,着重介绍了其配置和电磁力特征、冶金机理和冶金效果及其对最终产品质量的影响等.

Abstract:Mould electromagnetic braking technique has been widely used for large section slab casting. Three different typets of mould electromagnetic braking techniques are introduced in this paper. Through the introduction of basic concept, equipment, characteristics of electromagnetic force and metallurgical mechanism, different effects in slab qualities and caster productivity can be drawn from the introduction and ahalyses.
