液压缸CAPP系统的开发应用研究

摘    要:主要介绍了以实际生产为背景,以系统的广泛实用性为目标而研究开发的活塞式液压缸CAPP系统。系统以数据库技术为基础,以SolidEdge三维机械设计软件为开发平台,采用Powerbuilder标准程序语言对SolidEdge进行二次开发。所开发的系统能通过参数编码顺利实现CAPP对CAD参数的调用,自动生成非标准零件的加工工艺文件。系统的研究对通用型液压缸CAD/CAPP的集成化和智能化发展有着一定的理论价值和实用价值。

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the piston-type hydraulic cylinder CAPP system that takes actual production as the background and regards extensive practicability as the goal of research and development. The system is based on the database technology, takes SolidEdge, a 3-dimension mechanical design software, as the developing platform, and uses the standard program language of Powerbuilder to carry on the secondary development of SolidEdge. Through the code system of parameters, it has succeeded in transferring CAD parameters to CAPP, system searching, deriving, automatic procession of technology files of non-standard parts. The study is of great theoretic and practical value for the integrated and intelligent development of general-purpose hydraulic cylinder CAD and CAPP system.
