不同品种葡萄表皮真菌菌群的多样性分析

摘    要:采用高通量测序技术对‘黑提’、‘玫瑰香’、‘阳光玫瑰’、‘红提’四种葡萄表皮真菌菌群多样性进行分析,3个门比较四种葡萄表皮真菌的多样性及差异。结果表明,四种葡萄表皮真菌群落多样性及丰富度存在差异,‘红提’表皮真菌群落多样性及丰富度均最高。真菌主要分布在子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、接合菌门(Zygomycota),威克汉姆酵母属(Wickerhamomyces)、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)、毕赤酵母属(Pichia)等6个属中。不同品种葡萄表皮真菌优势菌群在门水平差异相对较小,但在属水平差异较大,其中‘黑提’中的威克汉姆酵母菌属和毕赤酵母属的相对丰度远高于其他品种。相关性分析结果表明,威克汉姆酵母与毕赤酵母属明显呈正相关,且它们都与镰刀菌属呈负相关;而小画线壳属、古根菌属和镰刀菌属这三种属之间呈现明显的正相关。

Abstract:In the paper, the diversity of fungi community on grape surface of four grape varieties, namely 'black grape', 'muscat grape', 'shine-muscat' and 'red globe' was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology, and the diversity and differences of fungi from the grape surface of four grape varieties were compared. The results showed that the diversity and abundance of fungi communities from the grape surface of the four grape species were different, and the 'red globe' species had the highest diversity and abundance of fungi communities. Moreover, the analysis of community composition showed that fungi were mainly distributed in 3 phyla of Ascomycota, Basidiomycota and Zygomycota, and 6 genera including Wickerhamomyces, Fusarium and Pichia, etc. The dominant fungal communities of grape surface of different varieties had relatively little difference at phylum level. However, there were significant differences at the genus level. Among them, the relative abundance of Wickerhamomyces and Pichia in 'black grape' was much higher than that of other 3 varieties. Correlation analysis results showed that Wickerhamomyces was positively correlated with Pichia, while both of them were negatively correlated with Fusarium. Furthermore, Monographella, Archaeorhizomyces and Fusarium were obviously positively correlated.
