基于STM32-MAT的运动控制系统课程实验教学

摘    要:针对运动控制系统课程在传统教学中,学生缺少实际控制单元设计与工程化实践训练的问题,探讨基于STM32-MAT/Target的交流电机矢量控制系统设计实践教学方法。采用STM32单片机开发交流电机驱动控制实验平台,利用Matlab/Simulink与STM32-MAT/Target代码生成技术,设计了从纯软件仿真、半实物仿真、到实物实验的交流电机矢量控制系统设计实践教学过程;Simulink图形化系统级设计方法简化了程序代码编写过程。通过仿真与实验结合,益于学生理解交流电机矢量控制原理、掌握交流电机驱动控制系统设计过程。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that students lack engineering training of actual control unit design and development in traditional teaching of motion control system course, this paper discusses the practical teaching method of AC motor vector control system design based on STM32-MAT/Target. Using the AC motor drive control experiment platform developed on STM32 microcontroller, and Matlab/Simulink and STM32-MAT/Target code generation technology, the practical teaching process of ac motor vector control system design is constructed from pure software simulation and hardware-in-the-loop simulation to physical experiment. The process of programming code is simplified by Simulink graphical system level design method. Through the combination of simulation and experiment, it is beneficial for students to understand the principle of AC motor vector control and master the design process of AC motor drive control system.
