离轴双程像传递系统光学设计研究

摘    要:根据矩阵传输理论,建立数学模型,分析了光束在双程像传递系统中的传输。在ZEMAX软件中建立模型,并对光线进行了追迹,通过对光线离轴以及透镜的倾斜进行研究,发现其对光束质量影响很大。表明透镜F数的设计是否合适在这种类型的光学系统中很关键,并且为了减小系统像差,并确保没有破坏性的鬼点,必须优化得到合适的离轴量以及透镜的倾斜角度。

Abstract:According to the matrix transfer theory,the mathematical model is established to analyze the transfer of beam in two-pass image transfer systems.In the ZEMAX software,the model of ray tracing is built.Through the research on the off-axis of the beam and the tilt of the lens,it is found that the off-axis transmission and tilt of lens have large influence on the beam quality.The key for the optical design of similar systems is to set the F number of lens,and to make the system aberration least by optimizing the off-axis of lens and the tilt angle of lens in the case of no devastating ghost image.
