链条锅炉燃烧末煤的改造研究

摘    要:链条锅炉燃烧末煤,会导致机械不完全燃烧损失、化学不完全燃烧损失和排烟物理热损失增加,并导致结焦.据此,在DZL2-0.8/160-AII型锅炉上对结构进行了改造,对燃烧进行了调整,对燃料进行了调质,以使锅炉能够适应末煤燃料.结果表明,链条锅炉燃烧末煤时,配风的合理性、二次风的配置、炉膛烟气流场的调控和燃料的调质对燃烧效率影响很大.可见,链条锅炉燃烧末煤时,增加横向配风的均匀性、适量增加二次风、炉膛烟气流场呈"α"型和燃料的加湿调质等措施,可以有效降低排渣可燃物含量,降低排烟过量空气系数,提高燃烧效率,避免结焦.

Abstract:That fine coal is burned in chain stoker will lead to the slagging and the increasing of the heat loss due to unburned carbon,unburned gases and exhaust gas.In order to make the chain stoker adapt to the fine coal,the construction reformation of the boiler,the combustion adjusting,and the modification of fine coal are applied in the DZL2-0.8/160-AII boiler.The results show that the air contribution reasonability,the secondary air adjusting,the flow field of gas in the chamber and the modification of fine coal have great effects on the boiler combustion efficiency.Those are concluded that when fine coal is burned in chain stoker,the increasing of the air crosswise contribution uniformity,the increasing of the secondary air flow,the α flow field of gas in the chamber and the moisture modification of fine coal can reduce the unburned combustibles in slag,reduce the excess air factor in the exhaust gas,develop the combustion efficiency and avoid slagging.
