橡胶的微波硫化技术研究进展

摘    要:介绍了微波硫化技术的原理与研究现状,简述了微波连续硫化装置的发展情况,然后着重介绍了微波硫化在目前橡胶工业中的主要研究应用,特别是在橡胶封条、橡套电缆以及轮胎硫化中的应用,并展望了微波硫化技术在橡胶行业中的发展前景。

Abstract:The paper firstly introduced the principle ana research bL~LU~ o~ tion technology, and described the development of microwave continuous vulcanization apparatus. Then the research and the application of microwave vulcanization in the rubber industry, especially in the application of vulcanization for rubber seals, rubber cable and tires were summarized. Finally the broad application prospect of the microwave vulcanization technology in the rubber industry was depicted.
