紫金山金矿炭浆厂工艺流程技术改造及生产实践

摘    要:紫金山金矿炭浆厂通过对原有的磨矿作业增加水力旋流器进行二次控制分级、矿浆经浓缩后进入炭浸工艺的技术改造,取得了较好的经济指标。改造后的工艺流程运行平稳,流程畅通,炭磨损明显降低;全的回收率由原来的84.65%提高到90.78%。提高了6.13%;设备运转率由原来的45.5%提高到85.4%;年可增利税160万元。

Abstract:On the basis of original grinding system,the hydraulic cyclone was added to carry out secondary controlled classification,and the ore pulp,after enrichment,was sent to the process flowpath of CIL.Through the technical remoulding,a better economic index was obtained,the remoulded process flowpath run stably and smoothly,the abrasion loss of carbon was lowered,the gold recovery rate was improved from 84.65% to 90.78% and the running rate of equipment was improved from 45.5% to 85.4%,thus making the profit tax increased by RMB $16 million.
