煤矿巷道快速掘进支护技术研究

摘    要:随着快速掘进技术在煤矿开采中的应用程度不断提升,对巷道支护技术提出了更高的要求。对某煤矿煤层和围岩基本属性进行分析的基础上,认为原巷道支护技术方案已经不能满足煤矿快速掘进的基本需要,主要缺陷是顶板的离层量较大。对巷道的支护方案进行优化改进,主要是增加设置锚杆的数量和优化锚索的布置方式,基于FLAC3D软件进行模拟分析发现优化后的方案效果较好,与原支护方案相比较,围岩的稳定性有了很大程度的提升。将优化改进后的快速掘进支护技术方案应用到煤矿开采工程实践中,现场测试发现顶板的离层量与之前相比降低了31.33%,应用效果显著。

Abstract:As the application of rapid excavation technology in coal mining continues to increase,higher requirements are put forward for roadway supporting technology.Based on the analysis of the basic attributes of coal seams and surrounding rock in a coal mine,it is believed that the original roadway support technical solution can no longer meet the basic needs of rapid excavation in the coal mine.The main defect is the large amount of roof separation.The supporting plan of the roadway is optimized and improved ,mainly by increasing the number of bolts and optimizing the arrangement of anchor cables.Simulation analysis based on FLAC3D software found that the optimized plan has a better effect,compared with the original support plan,the stability of the surrounding rock has been greatly improved.The optimized and improved rapid excavation supporting technology program was applied to the practice of coal mining engineering,and the field test found that the amount of roof separation has been reduced by 31.33% compared with the previous one,and the application effect is significant.
