高洁净低能耗背景下啤酒废水处理新工艺研究

摘    要:依据国内啤酒吨水水耗下降、洗瓶标准提高的现状,啤酒废水行业面临洗瓶剂、润滑剂等化学品浓度升高的风险,因此,亟须探索啤酒废水处理新工艺。以浙江省某啤酒厂废水处理工程为案例,采用预处理分质分流、强化循环的厌氧反应器降低啤酒废水中化学品对生化阶段的冲击,COD去除率达到9206%,且通过沼气有效利用实现污水站的正效益。此外,项目首次实现啤酒废水再生处理,通过中水回用为同行业废水资源化提供参考。运行结果表明,该工程出水COD、BOD5、NH3-N、SS、TP的总体去除率可分别达到9889%、9900%、9857%、9700%、9267%,出水水质稳定满足且优于《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB 19821—2005)一级标准。

Abstract:According to the current situation of the reduction of water consumption per ton of beer production and the improvement of bottle washing standards in China,the brewery wastewater industry was at risk of increased concentrations of chemicals,including bottle washing agents and lubricants.Therefore,it is urgent to explore new processes for brewing wastewater treatment.Taking the wastewater treatment project of a brewery in Zhejiang Province as an example,the anaerobic reactor with pre-treatment mass dividing shunt and enhanced circulation was used to reduce the impact of chemicals in brewery wastewater on the biochemical stage. The COD removal rate reached 92.06%, and the positive benefits of the sewage station were achieved through effective utilization of biogas.In addition, the project is the first time to realize the regeneration treatment of beer wastewater,which provides reference for the recycling of wastewater in the same industry through the reuse of reclaimed water.The operation results show that the overall removal rates of COD,BOD5, NH3-N,SS and TP in the effluent of the project can reach 98.89%,99.00%,98.57%,97.00% and 92.67% respectively.The effluent quality meets and is superior to the first class standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Beer Industry (GB 19821—2005).
