摘    要:钢铁领域的设备控制通常由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)执行。随着工业智能化改造深入推进,基于硬件的PLC已无法满足智能制造的需求。为此,提出一种基于5G云架构的软件定义控制系统,对软件定义PLC控制系统的系统架构、5G通信网络、云平台进行深入研究,并通过实际场景对云化软件定义PLC控制的可行性进行验证。实际应用结果证明,该系统满足对工业厂区控制系统的高性能接入、传输、计算、存储的需求,实现了工业自动化生产全流程统一云化管控的能力。

Abstract:Equipment control in iron and steel field is usually performed by programmable logic controller (PLC). With the deepening of industrial intelligent transformation, PLC based on hardware cannot meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing. Therefore, a software-defined control system based on 5G cloud architecture is proposed. The system architecture, 5G communication network and cloud platform of software defined PLC are deeply studied, and the feasibility of cloud-based software-defined PLC control is verified through actual scenarios. The practical application results show that the system meets the requirements of high-performance access, transmission, calculation and storage of the industrial plant control system, and realizes the ability of unified cloud management and control of the whole process of industrial automation production.
