摘    要:为强化城市河道黑臭水体整治效率,提升其管理效果,以西安市为研究对象,利用遥感影像分级识别该地区的城市河道黑臭水体。分析了西安河流分布概况,采集水体样本实测数据,判断采集的水体样本的黑臭水等级。同时获取皂河的遥感卫星的城市河道黑臭水体遥感影像,采用遥感分级指数模型分级识别城市河道黑臭水体。分析结果显示,利用遥感影像可以计算出水体的遥感分级指数,依据设定的阈值对指数实行判断,分级识别西安河流整体和局部支流的黑臭水体情况。遥感分级识别结果与实测结果之间吻合程度较高,识别数量一致,长度误差均在05 m以内。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the regulation efficiency of urban river black and odorous water body and improve its management effect,Xi′an City is taken as the research object,and the urban river black and odorous water body in this area is classified by using remote sensing images.This paper analyzes the distribution of rivers in Xi′an,collects the measured data of water samples,and judges the black and odorous water grade of the collected water samples.At the same time,the remote sensing image of the black and odorous water body in the urban watercourse of Zaohe River is obtained from the remote sensing satellite,and the remote sensing hierarchical index model is used to identify the black and odorous water body in the urban watercourse.The analysis results show that the remote sensing classification index of water body can be calculated by using remote sensing images,and the index can be judged according to the set threshold value to classify and identify the black and odorous water body of the whole and local tributaries of Xi′an River.The classification recognition results of remote sensing are highly consistent with the measured results,and the number of recognition is consistent,and the length error is within 0.5 m.
