连续式加热炉燃烧系统残氧量控制系统研究

摘    要:研究连续式加热炉燃烧系统残氧量控制系统,解决连续式加热炉燃烧耗能高、控制性差的难题。系统残氧量测量部分利用热电偶电路收集温度信息,采用氧化锆传感器获取氧浓度模拟量信号,两者经放大及低通滤波处理后,传输至单片机完成运算和人机交互的任务,并利用主控制器ARM操控炉温,间接调控氧化锆传感器的运行,实现残氧测量;系统残氧量控制部分将加热炉温度误差值和温差变化率作为模糊神经网络控制器输入,将燃气量作为模糊控制器输出,反馈到PID控制器利用燃气阀调节燃气量,实现连续式加热炉燃烧系统残氧量控制。实验结果显示:应用该系统的连续式加热炉,能耗节约率平均为3.16%,平均残氧量下降超过1.7%,生产材料氧化烧损平均降低率达到0.11%,证实该系统的残氧量控制效果好,生产成本低。

Abstract:Study the residual oxygen control system of continuous heating furnace combustion system to solve the problems of high energy consumption and poor control of continuous heating furnace combustion.In the residual oxygen measurement part of the system,the thermocouple circuit is used to collect temperature information,and the zirconia sensor is used to obtain the analog signal of oxygen concentration.After amplification and low pass filtering,they are transmitted to the single chip microcomputer to complete the tasks of operation and human computer interaction.The main controller ARM is used to control the furnace temperature and indirectly regulate the operation of zirconia sensor to realize the residual oxygen measurement.The residual oxygen control part of the system takes the temperature error value and temperature difference change rate of the heating furnace as the input of the fuzzy neural network controller,taking the gas quantity as the output of the fuzzy controller,feeds back to the PID controller,and using the gas valve to adjust the gas quantity to realize the residual oxygen control of the combustion system of the continuous heating furnace.The experimental results show that the energy saving rate of the continuous heating furnace with this system is 3.16% on average,the average residual oxygen decreases by more than 1.7%,and the average reduction rate of oxidation burning loss of production materials reaches 0.11%.It is confirmed that the residual oxygen control effect of this system is good and the production cost is low.
