Abstract:This article mainly focused on the rapid excavation and support technology of coal seam roadways as the research object.First,it briefly introduced the basic conditions of coal seam roadways.The FLAC3D software was used to analyze the surrounding rock deformation of the rectangular and arched cross-section roadways.According to the actual situation,the cross-section of the roadway was determined to be rectangular,and the width and height were 4.8 m and 3.2 m.Based on the practical experience of coal mine engineering,the roadway supporting plan was designed,and the key process parameters of the bolts were optimized by the FLAC3D software.It was found that the supporting effect is the best when the diameter is 22 mm,the length is 2.5 m,and the spacing and row spacing both are 0.7 m.
The supporting technology program was applied to the actual project,through the monitoring of key indicators,it was found that the rapid excavation supporting technology program was feasible,achieved the expected effect,and created good safety benefits for coal mine enterprises.
