ZigBee技术在煤矿安全监控系统中的应用研究

摘    要:煤矿安全问题越来越受到社会各界的关注,基于ZigBee无线网络技术构建了煤矿安全监控系统。系统主要由上位机系统、终端节点设备、协调器设备3大部分构成。其中,后两者之间基于ZigBee无线网络技术实现数据信息传输,能保障传输过程数据的安全性。以CC2530模块电路、电源电路模块和传感器接口电路为例,对安全监控系统的主要硬件设施进行了研究。对系统中3大构成部分的软件程序及主要工作流程进行了分析。将安全监控系统应用到煤矿生产实践中,经现场调试后发现性能良好,可以准确及时地对煤矿环境参数进行检测,如果出现环境指标超标的现象,能及时向外发出声光警报,为煤矿企业创造了良好的安全效益。

Abstract:Coal mine safety has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.Based on ZigBee wireless network technology,a coal mine safety monitoring system was constructed.The system is mainly composed of the host computer system,terminal node equipment,and coordinator equipment.The latter two realize data information transmission based on ZigBee wireless network technology,which can ensure the security of data in the transmission process.Taking CC2530 module circuit,power circuit module and sensor interface circuit as examples,the main hardware facilities of the safety monitoring system were studied.The software program and main work flow of the three components in the system were analyzed.The safety monitoring system was applied to the practice of coal mine production.After on-site debugging,it was found that the performance is good,and the environmental parameters of the coal mine can be accurately and timely detected.If the environmental indicators exceed the standard,the sound and light alarm can be issued in time.It has created good safety benefits for coal mining enterprises.
