空气污染物VOCs排放浓度在线监测系统设计与实现

摘    要:在VOCs浓度监测中,针对数据不够直观、监测精度不足的问题,设计了一种空气污染物VOCs排放浓度在线监测系统。系统硬件设计中,设计一个嵌入式处理器实施系统监测数据处理,实现处理器模块的设计。使用多种半导体式气体传感器实施VOCs排放浓度的监测,完成传感器模块设计。对于控制模块,设计多相数字控制芯片,用于控制系统中传感器的工作。软件设计中,设计监测软件,通过KEIL MDK5 软件编写其程序,完成监测软件模块的设计。设计空气污染物VOCs的污染扩散分析模型,通过地图的方式对污染发展趋势进行预测,为污染治理提供地理决策参考,实现污染扩散分析模块的设计。在某热电股份有限公司的某工厂中测试设计系统性能,测试结果表明通过该系统能够获取较为精准的监测结果,实现监测点的VOCs污染扩散分析,证明了系统有着优越的性能表现。

Abstract:in the monitoring of VOCs concentration,because the data is not intuitive enough and the monitoring accuracy is insufficient,an online monitoring system for the emission concentration of air pollutants VOCs was designed.In the design of the system hardware,an embedded processor is designed to implement the system monitoring data processing and the design of the processor module.A variety of semiconductor gas sensors were used to monitor the emission concentration of VOCs,and the sensor module design was completed.For the control module,a multi-phase digital control chip was designed to control the work of the sensors in the system.In the software design,the monitoring software was designed,its program was written through the KEIL MDK5 software,and the design of the monitoring software module was completed.Design the pollution diffusion analysis model of air pollutants VOCs,predict the pollution development trend through the map,provide geographic decision-making reference for pollution control,and realize the design of the pollution diffusion analysis module.The performance of the designed system is tested in a factory of a thermoelectric company.The test results showed that the system can obtain more accurate monitoring results and realize the VOCs pollution diffusion analysis at the monitoring points,which proves that the system has superior performance.
