耐黄变橡胶增塑剂生产技术

摘    要:随着优质石蜡基原油资源减少,传统“老三套”工艺生产的润滑油基础油(简称基础油)质量变差、黏度指数偏低,有些已经不能满足Ⅰ类基础油标准的要求。但由于石蜡市场较为稳定,企业为维持石蜡产品的生产,因而低黏度指数基础油仍保持有相当的产量。为了有效利用这部分低黏度指数基础油,开发了以低黏度指数基础油为原料加氢转化生产高档SBS橡胶增塑剂的技术,提高了产品附加值。研究结果表明,通过加氢预精制-蒸馏分离-加氢补充精制工艺流程生产的橡胶增塑剂产品,经紫外光照射试验后色度基本保持不变,具有良好的耐黄变性能,达到了预期目标。

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF ANTI-YELLOWING RUBBER PLASTICIZER
Abstract:With the decrease of resources of high-quality paraffinic base crude oil, the quality of lube base oil produced by the traditional solvent refining process has become worse, the viscosity index is lower, and some of them can not meet the standard requirements of API Ⅰ. Because the paraffin market is relatively stable, the low viscosity index base oil maintains a considerable output to maintains the production of paraffin products. In order to effectively utilize this part of low viscosity index base oil, the technology of producing high-grade SBS rubber plasticizer by hydrotreating base oil with low viscosity index was developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, and the added-value of the product was increased. The results show that the color of the rubber plasticizer produced by the process of hydrogenation prerefining-distillation separation-hydrofinishing is basically unchanged after UV irradiation, and it has good yellowing resistance. The expected goal was achieved.
