基于模糊小波神经网络的永磁直线同步电机故障诊断

摘    要:在分析永磁直线同步电机故障的基础上,采用小波基函数作为模糊隶属函数,将模糊控制与神经网络相结合,建立模糊小波神经网络模型,实现对永磁直线同步电机的故障诊断。针对BP算法的不足,使用混合学习算法训练网络,优化了网络参数。仿真结果表明该方法是很有效的。

Abstract:Based on fault analysis of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM),a fuzzy wavelet neural network model is founded for fault analysis of PMLSM,in which wavelet basis function is used as membership function and fuzzy control combines with neural network.Because of defects of BP algorithm,a hybrid learning algorithm is applied to train and optimize the network parameters.At last,the simulation results show that the method is effective.
