摘 要: | 针对浆液型电磁流量计的矩形波励磁技术,提出一种更加符合矩形波特点的Walsh变换法。对基于Walsh变换的谐波分析方法进行实验验证其可行性和实际效果。实验表明在不提升励磁频率的前提下,该谐波分析方法可以一定程度克服浆液噪声引起的流量信号波动。从而为浆液型电磁流量计的谐波分析方法提供了一种新的思路和理论依据。

Abstract: | Aiming at the rectangular wave excitation technology of the slurry type electromagnetic flowmeter,a Walsh transform method which is more in line with the characteristics of the rectangular wave is proposed in this paper.The harmonic analysis method based on Walsh transform is tested to verify its feasibility and practical effect.Experiments show that the harmonic analysis method can overcome the fluctuation of the flow signal caused by the noise of the slurry to a certain extent without increasing the excitation frequency.This paper provides a new idea and theoretical basis for the harmonic analysis method of slurry electromagnetic flowmeter. |
