摘    要:针对鼓风炉熔炼富铅渣技术进行多媒体演示和动画模拟,一方面为基础理论提供感观资料以促进其研究,另一方面,采用有别于传统的工艺讲解方式形象地再现整个流程,能够帮助使用人们尽快了解新工艺。在此演示系统中,通过三维动画形式对此新工艺的炉内部状况进行模拟,创造出一种虚拟现实的铅冶炼环境。直观的表现了熔炼过程中各种组分在炉内的运动及走向,为解决熔炼过程中无法观察冶金炉内部状况的问题提出解决办法。

Abstract:Multimedia demonstration and animation simulation for the technology of smelting leadrich slag by blast furnace has been made,On the one hand,it can offer sensorial information for theoretical study,On the other hand,it can be used as a teaching material by users.The software shows the whole processes by three-dimension animation and creates a circumstance that likes real lead smelting.It represents the movement and trend of each component in furnace directly.This method will give answer to the question that people can't observe the inner conditions of furnace during smelting.
