摘    要:韭菜样品采用乙酸乙酯振荡提取,Envi-Carb柱和Florisil柱串联固相萃取净化的方式:Envi-Carb拄有效地去除色素成分,Florisil柱去除较多的干扰杂质。采用正已烷和乙酸乙酯的二元溶剂作为洗脱溶剂,优化后得到其体积比为9:1,洗脱体积为5mL。11种有机磷农药化合物利用气相色谱质谱联用技术进行测定,扫描方式为选择离子扫描,得到11种有机磷农药的平均加标回收率:甲拌磷为77.5%、甲基对硫磷为118.7%、杀螟硫磷为123.1%,其余化合物为90%~114%;相对标准偏差为0.6%~12.1%。

Abstract:The preparation of samples included extraction by ethyl acetate and cleaning by Envi-Carb and Florisil solid phase extraction (SPE) tube. The Envi-Carb SPE tube was used to remove the pigments efficiently, while the Florisil SPE tube cleaned up the most interference materials. The wash solution was n-hexane and ethyl acetate, whose volume ratio is 9:1 and the wash volume is 5mL. 11 orgnaophosphorus pesticides were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometric detector with selected ions mode (GC-MS/SIM). The average recoveries of all analytes were between 90% and 114%, except the recoveries of Phorate, Methyl-Parathion and Fenitrothion were 77.5%, 118.7% and 123.1%. The relative standard deviations (RSD)were 0.6% - 12.1 %.
