超声环形相控阵换能器在锻件探伤中的应用

摘    要:扼要介绍超声相控阵技术的发展及原理。着重介绍10A16E32环形相控阵换能器的原理、聚焦特性及其在航空锻件水浸超声波探伤中的应用。对比试验和应用实例表明,环形相控阵检测速度快、灵敏度高、有效探伤深度范围大。

Abstract:The development and fundamental of phased array ultrasonic testing were described. 10A16E32 annular array probe and its application to the immersion ultrasonic testing of aviation forgings were introduced in detail, including the operation and beam focusing. Comparative test and application example showed that annular array ultrasonic testing was high in speed, and sensitivity, and deep for effeetive testing.
