| Abstract: | Four preparation methods of chlorotrimethylsilane were introduced.It was studied that the process route was applicable for industry production in the presence of the special catalyst.The old process was made improvement.The material ratio,solvent amount and reaction temperature of the process was studied in detail to make yield up to more than 95%. |
